Tourist tax
In the municipality of Martinsicuro “… the following activities are required to comply with the tourist tax: ‘…, holiday homes, … holiday homes and apartments, furnished apartments for tourist use, occasional accommodation and breakfast …, as well as properties intended for short-term lease’ … Therefore it is useful to remember that subjects who stay overnight in residential properties for periods of less than 30 days, so-called, are also required to pay the tourist tax. ‘short leases’ …”.
Amount to be paid: 1 € per day per person, excluded
- minors up to the age of fourteen,
- elders over the age of seventy-five,
- the sick and the 100% disabled (see regulation [IT] for the specification on “sick”),
etc.
