Habitable terrace and garden

The terrace is about 11 sqm (500cm x 220cm) plus a covered part of about 4 sqm (150cm x 200cm), the garden is about 21 sqm (700cm x 350cm).

Terrace

For the terrace are available: a table, four chairs with armrests, two folding chairs, two folding deck chairs with armrests.

From the terrace it is possible to see, to the east, the beach and the sea, very beautiful at dawn.

On the terrace there are vases with flowers and two saffron plants.

The stairs leading to the garden have a gate, for the safety of younger children.

Garden

The garden is separated from the road by a low wall with an iron fence, covered with climbing plants.

In the garden, in addition to the grass, some spices and plants are planted on the side of the wall, such as: (from left to right) sage, white rose, rosemary, oregano, Calabrian pepper, marjoram, strawberries, thyme, long pepper, mint. On the side of the terrace instead: three artichoke plants (in pots), a lemon.

From the garden it is possible to access the street through a small gate and the terrace through a ladder.
