Because of our origins, surely could not be missing a small collection of recipes (also in English, because of the many relatives in English-speaking countries).
Obviously the division corresponds to a typical Italian meal and not like in other countries (like e.g. in Germany ๐), where only a giant dish is served with everything inside … even with spaghetti as a side dish! ๐
And let’s not forget the old recurring question that is the source of heated discussions during lunches, dinners and any other banquet during the holidays: “First the dessert and then the fruit!”.
There is no need to remember (but I do anyway) that in the German version of this page there is a note reminding, please, not to drink a cappuccino after lunch but a coffee (an espresso to be precise) ๐
